This means that we can allay any fear you may have. Whatever happens to us your belongings are safe and will be delivered at no extra cost. We will do all we can to make your move go as smoothly as possible. However, if you are unhappy with anything and we cannot resolve the issue, then you can discuss the matter with BAR's Customer Liaison Officer as an independent mediator. As with all removals and warehousing we have included standard liability protection for those unforeseen accidents that can happen during overseas transit.
